Remedy Instruction Sheets for Patients

Part 5, Remedy Instruction Sheets for Patients, contains templates for the Water Glass Solution, the Large Remedy Solution Bottle, and the Small Remedy Solution Bottle and Dilution Glass. These sheets are designed to be filled in with the details of the remedy solution, potency selection, number of succussions, the size of the dose and the intervals of repetition of the remedy. The templates may be copied, printed and transmitted by digital means

A. How to Prepare the Water Glass Solution

Fill in the brackets (x) with the proper information.

What You Need

  1. A 250 ml-8 oz. glass. 
  2. (1 or 2) pills of (remedy and potency).
  3. A clean spoon.
  4. A small amount of brandy/alcohol for a preservative if the solution is needed over longer periods.

Boil the glass and spoon for 5 minutes before using the first time. After usage wash the spoon in hot water and keep it for remedy preparation only. After use cover the water glass solution with a lid or saucer and keep in a cool place free of odours.

How to Make the Medicinal Solution 

  1. Take (1-2) pills of the remedy and place it in a (125 ml-4 oz or 250 ml-8 oz.) glass of water. 
  2. Add (1-2) tablespoons of alcohol (brandy) to the glass as a preservative if necessary.

How to Make a Dose

  1. Stir the glass (gently, moderately or vigorously).
  2. Take (drops, ¼, ½, 1, 2, or 3) teaspoons from the glass. 

Take (1, 2, 3 or more) doses every (x hours-days) and send a report in (x hours-days).

Do not eat or drink 1/2 hour before and after the dose. Limit or stop drinking coffee and avoid exposure to strong aromatic oils. Do not start any new supplements, herbal medicines or homeopathic remedies during the trial period. 

In chronic conditions women should not take their remedy immediately before or during their periods unless told to do so. This applies especially to those testing the remedy for the first time.

B. How to Prepare the Large Remedy Solution Bottle

Fill in the brackets (x) with the proper information.

This method requires a 250 ml (8 oz.) to 500 ml (16 oz.) bottle. If glass bottles are not available one can buy a plastic bottle of pure drinking water from the store and use it instead.

What You Need

  1. A new (250 ml-8 oz or 500 ml-16 oz.) glass or plastic bottle. If only 500ml bottle is available, one can pour out half the water to make a 250 ml solution.
  2. (1 or 2) pills of (remedy and potency).
  3. A clean spoon.
  4. A small amount of brandy/alcohol for a preservative if the solution is needed over longer periods.

Boil the new glass bottle and spoon for 5 minutes before using the first time. After usage wash the spoon in hot water and keep it for remedy preparation only.

  1. If using a plastic bottle of drinking water pour out a small amount to make room for the preservative.
  2. Take (1-2) pills of the remedy and place it in a (250 ml-8 oz or 500 ml-16 oz.) water bottle. Swish the bottle gently to melt the pill.
  3. Add (2-4) tablespoons of alcohol (brandy) to the bottle as a preservative if necessary.

How to Make a Dose

  1. Succuss the bottle (1-12) times. To succuss the bottle: Hold the remedy bottle in your right hand and bang it downward firmly against your left palm.
  2. Take (drops, ¼, ½, 1, 2, or 3) teaspoons from the bottle.

Take (1, 2, 3 or more) doses every (x hours-days) and send a report in (x hours-days).

Fill in the brackets (x) with the proper information.

What You Need

  1. One new 4 oz (120 ml) bottle.
  2. A clean glass.
  3. A clean spoon.
  4. (1 or 2) pills of (remedy and potency)
  5. A small amount of brandy/alcohol for a preservative

How to Make the Medicinal Solution

  1. Take (1 or 2) pills of the remedy and place it in the 120 ml (4 oz) bottle.
  2. Pour 105 ml (3 1/2 oz) of water in the bottle and dissolve the pill.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon of alcohol (brandy) to the bottle as a preservative.

How to Make a Dose

  1. Succuss the bottle (1-12) times. To succuss the bottle: Hold the remedy bottle in your right hand and bang it downward firmly against your left palm.
  2. Take (drops, ¼, ½, 1, 2, or 3) teaspoons from the bottle and stir it (gently, moderately or vigorously) into (1-6) dilution glass with 120 ml (4 oz) water.
  3. Take (drops, ¼, ½, 1, 2 or 3) teaspoons from the dilution glass as a dose.
  4. Throw the remaining solution in the glass away. Wait at least 1/2 hour and then wash the glass and spoon with hot water.

Take (1, 2, 3 or more) doses every (x hours-days) and send a report in (x hour-days).

Do not eat or drink 1/2 hour before and after the dose. Limit or stop drinking coffee and avoid exposure to strong aromatic oils. Do not start any new supplements, herbal medicines or homeopathic remedies during the trial period.
